The online delivery affected this year experience quite badly, especially at the beginning. We were told we would have switched to a mixed delivery many times but this never happened and created a lot of confusion on what we were expected to do. However, when in second semester became clear this wouldn’t have happened my experience improved a lot. Lecturers and tutors got used to the online delivery, as we did, and it became easier to understand the requirements and the assignments.

The buildings are all quite accessible, even if some of them are old and therefore not built for people with disabilities working have been done to fix this. The library is a 10/10, plenty of facilities and with staff there to help you out using them.

I think the personal services are good overall, but not advertised enough, therefore I often find myself asking my tutor who I should contact for different services as I am not sure who the right person is.

Despite this year was completed fully online, lecturers were able to deliver it in an engaging way, alternating lectures with tutorials and laboratories. The tutors are all very approachable and happy to help students.

I haven’t used the graduate career service yet, but I had one session to help me out writing my CV and that was super helpful. It can be booked ahead and they give you many advices on how to improve or write your CV/cover letter. It helped me a lot cause as an international student I wasn’t sure of the UK curriculum standards.

Great resources to study better, great teaching and materials It would be better if there are more fun activities for students to engage with, especially after a long session of work and exams.

It is good to have blended teaching, and mainly we have on-campus sessions which is great. Having tutors available for longer time would be better as we can learn and improve more.
