I've really enjoyed my time so far. My course is fun and super interesting, i've made some great friends, my extra curricular stuff is really exciting and my flat is great. I'm genuinely just really enjoying it and can't wait for more!

The facilities are pretty good. There are plenty of studios, practice rooms, seating, toilets green areas etc. Everywhere is also relatively clean and tidy most of the time. The shop is full of a range of things- pretty much anything you could need and the canteen has a variety of food to choose from throughout the day.

The uni show from the very start how you can receive support if you need it. There are talks, posters, links on moodle etc all with ways that they can help. The tutors are also very open on asking them for help with a class. As there are quite a few people in the classes the feedback isn't always as specific as I'd like. Overall the support is very much there though.

The SU are very open and make it very clear that they are they to support and represent the students. Facilities wise, the SU where WISHIE happens is alright, but as it's a small uni there isn't a great social scene.

Uni is right by town so you can easily walk to the shops for lunch if you want to. It's also close enough to the accommodation that you can go back to your flat in between classes, but is far enough away that it's a separate place so you don't always feel like you're in the same place.

There's such a wide range of societies, from various sports to musical theatre to pole dancing to debates- there is something for everyone. If they don't have what you want then you're able to set up your own society too!

I like the fact that most my classes are practical as that's the best way to learn these skills, but the lectures alongside them are interesting and useful too. My least favourite thing would be that I wish there were more classes and more specific individual feedback.

They talk to us about the industry and practicalities of getting a job and ways to be realistic and prepare us. They teach you as much as they can and make sure that you are able to handle it.
