The University is situated in a tiny, yet beautiful city, surrounded by mountains and coast. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly, any problems that I have addressed with any members of faculty have been dealt with both quickly and adequately.

Bangor is simply a great place to be, filled with community and the opportunity for unique experiences and events.

As a PhD, I rely heavily on a physical study space to complete my research. Bangor is working toward providing more of these but at the moment they are somewhat limited. I also rely on my supervisor and I had some issues in the beginning with receiving a response from them, but that has changed since I spoke to them.

The wifi is extremely unreliable.
