I would say one of the good aspects is the student-to-tutor ratio is low. (at least for my course) So we could get more attention and chances to express our opinions in class. It also has a nice view here at the university. It is covered by hills and sea, close to the neutral environment. The worst thing I would said the location is not convenient, there are not many big shops in the city, but for the trade-off, there are fewer people here so it is quiet here, feel safer, and thus feel more tight relationship with the local community.

The only worst thing I would say is the music practice room is not good, the pianos are old and out of tune. But other aspects are all good, teaching quality is good, and Tutors are engaging and willing to help students.

I don't like the wifi here, it is always disconnected, and for 8 people sharing a kitchen might be a bit too much. But other things are all good, nice view, great location, near the university and got supermarket around.
