The Student life and accommodation are great, there’s been so much support for moving away from home and adjusting to uni life. The course is interesting and very versatile.

In person classes and tutorials are very useful fot engagement and understating, Weekly tutorials for every class with logs of resources have been a great way to practice skills.

Sycamore has been an amazing place to stay. I have become great friends with my flatmates and the treehouse is such a great place to relax, study and catch up all! The facilities across the accommodation site have been excellent.

Queen’s University Belfast is located in Belfast centre which makes it really handy for shopping, food/drink, nightlife and its only a short walk from most accomodation options available. It also has great facilities like the library, queens gym, student union etc. There really isn’t much that’s bad about Queens, other than the fact that I’m never in the main Queen’s building because of my degree, but that’s not too bad.

The last couples of years my course has been blended learning. I quite like it because I can go to class in person or have the option to stay at home if I’m not feeling well or I can watch the lecture back if something comes up. I like my course a lot and I think it will help me so much so in future and provide me with lots of career opportunities I’m sure. However I do think that some of the lecturers aren’t too enthusiastic about what they’re teaching which can make it hard to stay focused and actually enjoy the lectures. But other than that it’s great.
