The venue is convenient and comfortable, and the spread of buildings owned by Queens allows for a really nice walk. Personally, I may just be stressed over my current course, otherwise it’s been an enjoyable experience.

Some subjects within the course I take have incomplete notes, which is especially unfortunate for those who cannot attend every lecture during the semester. Providing past papers as well as a step by step answer would help self-studying too.

The campus is tight and compact making it easier to travel too, my accommodation is really close. I have been offered 2 scholarships on my course as part of Queens being a prestigious university as a Russel group member and having credit from the royal engineering society. The student union has its own student supply shop, help me organize my stuff and by snacks, further a bar to socialize between lectures. The McLay library is great and mostly open 24hrs, great for resources and has other areas, like a café, meeting rooms etc.

My course is fully in-class, the facilities are great, with a new lab invested in by NIE
