The student support services are unbelievably well carried out by the staff. The amount of services present are fantastic. I really felt that asking for help was welcomed by the uni. Not a simple, we have the services but don't really mean it. You can tell WGU are making real efforts to bring something amazing to Wrexham. I hope Wrexham and it's people appreciate it more. The organisation of the degree course itself could definitely be better. The degree is all over the place and it is very stressful. Wifi all over campus is really hard to connect to.

I personally do not like online lectures. I find them lacking in immersion of the topic. The course is labelled as full time but we actually attend uni for a total of approx 10 hours a week. This doesn't feel right. The organisation of course material on moodle etc has been really poor. This has led the entire class to be extremely stressed. As course rep I am getting the brunt of their frustrations, while I am glad they have me to talk to. It is frustrating that the same issues keep coming up. The lecturers knowledge and personalities are incredible. I have an extremely high opinion of them. They are very quick to answer and clearly care about all aspects of the course and students.

Lovely tutors, great places for support however there are no student food heating facilities I myself along with a few other students have raised this issue via unitu and the students union and have been left with a wish washy excuse of “health and safety”

The moodle page is a bit confusing for students but the tutors are lovely I have no complaints with staff I just think that the information in moodle could be a bit clearer
