My experience with the university staff has been excellent. They are approachable, supportive, and genuinely care about students’ wellbeing and success. Whenever I have had questions or needed guidance, staff members have been patient, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Their positive attitude and encouragement make the university a welcoming place, especially for international students. The staff create a supportive environment where students feel valued, respected, and confident in seeking help when needed.

The MSc HRM course is taught in person and offers a very hands-on learning experience. Lecturers are highly engaged, approachable, and available for support both during and outside of class hours. Teaching is interactive, and all learning resources are easily accessible, which supports independent study and understanding of the material. Overall, the course provides a supportive and well-structured learning environment that enhances both academic and practical HR knowledge.

The accommodation has been an excellent part of my university experience. It is conveniently located close to the university, which makes getting to classes quick and stress-free. The facilities inside the accommodation are modern, clean, and well maintained, providing a comfortable and safe living environment. There is always support available if needed, and the staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful.
