I love that it's a compact campus, and easy to find accommodation/housing in a walkable distance, but also easy to get to the city centre by public transport. Nothing stands out to me as the worst aspect.

Most sessions are in person but quite often there are pre-lecture videos to watch. We have lots of workshop sessions where it's interactive. The timetable varies week to week because of lab sessions not being regular.

Birmingham is well connected as a city so easy to get trains to rest of the UK. the city centre has all the big names of course, but then smaller areas eg Harborne have more of a local high street with independent shops vibe. UoB is kind of between Selly Oak and Edgbaston: Selly Oak is where most 2nd/3rd years live and it has everything you need as a student, and is well connected to other areas by public transport

the vale is a nice place to live, being in green space is good for you mentally i think. it wasnt perfect (wet room and kitchen layout) but I'd probably still choose Mason again. circuit laundry is a rip off but that seems to be at all uni accoms
