Good location, great facilities, walkable, close together, affordable, good night life

Overall good, lecturers are chill, workshops useful, would like more support and resources for the development side of the course as it feels like sometimes the art side gets all the attention and we feel like a footnote.

Part I have the most grievances is of is things like vague briefs with little clarity, because the tutors themselves also don’t give the same answers to questions (like what are the deliverables) at times. Makes submission confusing. But the location and I class atmosphere is really nice and approachable, it’s my favourite part of studying here - the provided programs are really handy too like photoshop, maya, a rush etc. But I think adding a music program would elevate many of the projects students from many of the courses create (games, animation, film could use these).

Did not realise it continued oops, but I think the course content could be improved in that I don’t really learn much beyond 1st year - although I specialised in concept art I wish I had had the opportunity to use 3D programs guided beyond 1st year. I think this is a change that the year below got though. I like the odd bug studios thing that happens in January and I think that game art could use more opportunities provided like that - a lot of the opportunities seem to be aimed towards indie devs and asset production so I find it a little harder to get anything for concept art and illustration

Everything was pretty good, especially the location. I had issues with safety as people were able to enter any room with their keys at one point (a guy walked into my bedroom at 2am by accident, he lived on a different floor) and there were non-students breaking into b-block at points too. The b block door didn’t always lock either.
