NUA is a great place to study as there are so many artists who come in and show us their practice, giving us a feel of what our future as artists can be! Workshops are always fun and engaging too. It could be improved by having more one-to one time with tutors and critiques as we progress on the course.

The best aspect of the course is how accepting and uplifting the tutors are - I never feel like they would disagree with one of my ideas and always help me gather more artists and sources for inspiration. I think contact time with tutors should be improved so this is even more effective.

The location of the halls was amazing, so close to the uni and city centre. The amenities and wifi was great too, and staff were friendly. However there were often problems with the lift breaking and being on the fifth floor this was quite inconvenient.
