The campus offers a wide range of facilities for the students including a sports gym, a social bar, a library and more. The University also offers support via the student union if needed which is great for students living away from home as well as offering advice regarding queries or concerns. The student life in general is really good as Worcester offers a lot of social events in order for people to meet eachother. The campus in itself is safe as it has security that work 24/7 which allows students to feel safe. The support that students receive is good and there are different ways to get in touch. The Student Union has their own facilities on campus which can help provide support for students as well as being able to contact members of staff online.

Online lectures are taught well but in person lectures are preferred. The learning we receive is very good and formative as well as the placement offers we get. The course is structured well but would prefer to have a little more guidance or one to one sessions with lecturers if anyone has any queries. The library offers a service to help students with their academic writing and issues regarding referencing which is good and useful. The course hours are good regarding the contact hours in uni. It is good that we have blocks of placement and then blocks of theory as this makes it easier to concentrate more on one thing at a time. The work placements they provide are good in the ways in which students can experience work placements in different trusts. However, some of the placements are far away and students often have issues with getting to and from placement. PLAST help with providing students with their placements and offer a range of different choices for a student is not satisfied with their placement.

The location of university halls is ideal for students on campus as they normally place you either on st johns campus or city campus depending on the course you are doing. The room allocation was good as they placed all nursing onto the same floors in the buildings. This was to ensure the students that they would not disturbed in the nights or days when they are on placement. The value for money was affordable for some but not for others. For the room I had i think it was expensive and through covid, having lectures online, i think it would have been fair to reduce costs as in person lectures werent a thing and the use of the accommodation was for placement use. The internet and wifi was easily accessible and worked well.
