I am doing a CMDA (Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship) in Business Management so I am working full time whilst being a part time student. I find the balance very good and the university support has been fantastic. I love coming into uni for one day a week and being a student. I really enjoy the learning experience and the facilities are great. The lecturers have been really helpful, understanding and supportive through what can sometimes feel like a lot going on!! We are almost at the end of our first year and I have definitely learnt a lot about the world of business and also about myself. The course has inspired me to make positive changes in my working life. This is only the beginning!! I recommend UCB to anyone wanting to further their education.

The course is varied though the different modules, learning different elements of business in each one. The lecturers have always been very supportive when I sometimes haven’t necessarily felt particularly confident. They have supported and guided us to achieve great results.
