Studying at this university has given me the privilege to cross paths with people from a wide range of backgrounds. The city is diverse and has a youthful feel; Bristol nurtures art and culture. The University of Bristol is a leading institution, providing incredible facilities and resources to its students.

The course is broad, taught by a wide range of specialists. The extracurricular and integrated aspects of the course are being improved, and future students will surely receive the best of these changes. In wake of the last few years, contact time is slowly increasing, and hopefully will return to normal levels soon.

The halls were very overpriced, but I have been told that they have since undergone refurbishments. Catering facilities require logistical improvements, but in my experience, they are convenient and accommodating to students of most diets and backgrounds.

I love bristol, as a city it always has a lot going on and there is always something to do. The union is a bit out of the way and isn't very good but there are many other facilities provided by the uni so it doesn't matter. There is a lot of accommodation for first year and older students in various places, and its all to a high standard. My course (biology) is brilliantly run, with interesting lecturers and topics that suit my interests. There are many societies to join, and the sports programmes are great.
