Brilliant place to study and develop creativity, love the university's architecture, and an easy location to travel to by bus, car, or train.

Norwich is a great and wonderful place to be and study. It’s an amazing place to be as an artist or creative. I would however appreciate an infusion of diversity and diverse cultural educations throughout the institution.

Its intimate, personal and brilliant.

Higher up members of staff are cruel and uninterested in your wellbeing, after witnessing a family death I was told my studies come first after I was clearly falling apart. No support in work and what work you need to provide is unclear until days before submission. However I will note that technical staff are phenomenal, they strive for your success and happiness and you can tell it means a lot to them to see you succeed. They are supportive and kind, infact id say they are more educated and far better teachers than those who are supposed to be giving you an education.

It is a great place to study community wise and is an accessible and progressive University. I haven't interacted with student support so don't have much to say about it.

For me, Norwich University has felt like home in so many ways. From it's cobbled streets and cosy atmosphere to the small yet lively community within the city centre, there is so much about Norwich that really aids the overall uni experience. As well as this, each building on campus is well facilitated. With presentable bathrooms, seating space and student cafés. The modern styling of each building on campus balances out the vintage feel of the city perfectly. It creates a warm and welcoming environment for both staff and students to socialise in a professional styled setting. It is not only the amenities that improve the individual uni experience, but the familiar and friendly faces that allow students at NUA to feel comfortable whilst developing one's learning. The staff delivering the courses and café staff are always extremely friendly; allowing for a respectful, tolerant and comfortable place to learn. Despite this, I think each building on campus should include café facilities. This would allow easy access to purchase snacks on the go; especially when there is little time in-between each class. Hence, there should be cafés dotted around campus- to make it a little easier for students to feel energised in the midst of busy schedules. Additionally, I have been made aware that some classrooms do not have charging ports to plug in different devices. This is extremely important as it means that work can be continued wherever students are on campus. There should be extra charging ports in every classroom near desks to allow for less inconvenience when accessing coursework or other documents. Some classrooms are also quite cumbersome with the movable desks (DS06 near DSR library) which is very distracting when attempting to start a lesson.

I love the city and the facilities at Norwich. Although I feel there could be more interesting events put on by the student union, and they could be more involved with students.

The uni is a very inspirational place to study at, each building has its specific feel to it, you can chat to anyone in any course and get to know about new equipment and different techniques.
