Everything I have experienced at University has been extremely positive with help and support from both lectures and personal tutors as well as the opportunity of support in many areas from library, IT, course, finacial and mental health. The facilaties that the uni has for my course are amazing with wards to experience to feel of working in a hospital before we do on placement which has made me more comfortable on placement. therefore my uni experiences are further influencing my life outside of the university campus. There is nothing that could improve a great university with lots of things to do for social life and support for education. Another great thing is the proximity of all the uni halls to each other which has made meeting up with people a lot easier to do.

Blended learning but mostly in person which i find very helpful as it has allowed us to practice reading we have done therefore it makes more sense and we can see it in action.

Most things have been fine in my halls however an external company manages the property management and we have found that some problems have taken a long time to sort especially when there are many people that are being affected by the problems. However from a university point of view finding halls was very easy and good to sort out room before you even had a place at that university as it was less stress after results day as it was all sorted.

The location of northumbria is excellent and it has a very vibrant student life which everyone seems to really enjoy and get involved in. Newcastle is an amazing place to be for a student and everyone who goes to uni here seems to agree. there is so much to do both on campus and in the surrounding areas for students and it’s all very affordable compared to other places in the UK. being from northern ireland i found it so easy to settle in here even though id never been to england before and found it a very friendly place.

the majority of the course is taught in person due to the practical nature of the course which is a lot more helpful and motivating than online classes. there is also great facilities on campus including interactive rooms to practice treating patients

it is a very social halls and there was always something going on. it is also very large and so many people live here making it super easy to make friends
