everyone is so friendly and made this experience truly incredible. from sports teams, to library meetings to snowball fights leeds beckett has a great atmosphere and i was extremely recommended joining us

always early mornings will not be missed, lecture great is great course leaders are great so friendly and positive

i get along with my flat so well, really stops you from missing home. the rooms are great showers good be better and kitchen could do with a clean

Best: literally everything the vibe of the whole uni is brilliant. Everyone is lovely and all of the staff are really supportive and encouraging, they will never let you do anything half hearted. It is so obvious thy they all care as well which is lovely. Also the absolutely massive arrange of societies and sports club to get into is amazing! There is easily something for everyone and covers all passions and even may ignite some new ones. The worst: all I would say for this is travel from some of the accommodations. Obviously one is on campus of travel is free and there is a free student shuttle bus from another but the others there is nothing so I think having a shuttle bus from each accommodation would be helpful as it would help other student save some more money :)

The sports coaching course is A-MA-ZING. The possibilities from it are endless with the amount of connections and opportunities given through placements ect. All of the staff on the course are also brilliant. They will take time with you to make sure you understand everything and really care for you and all your needs. They will answer you as soon as they can via things such as emails as well which is nice as you’re not just stuck on a problem for ages. They were also really good with the blended learning style of online and face to face. The nice part was there is more face to face than online which feels like pre covid and obviously better learning happens when face to face. They also got the amount of hours on the course just right as you still manage to have that social life that a student should have while enough time to put the hours into you work as you should :)

Leeds is an incredible city for students! The nightlife is brilliant as there is alot of nights aimed for students which have low prices and music suited to us. There are also a lot of shops and areas within the city aimed at students for example there is a study area in the main shopping area which is aimed at students for somewhere quiet to work

Marsden is great! There are so many facilities to use eg a HUGE study area as well as games room and a cinema area. The rooms are good size and so are the bathrooms although they sometimes flood. The staff abs security people are also amazing and efficient to all your needs.
