I think there needs to be more activities during freshers week where students who are staying in off-campus accommodation are included, I found it hard to make friends at the beginning. Also more bonding events between students on your course and lecturers. The facilities of the Uni and the campus are amazing though. Especially David Ross, I am there every day. There is also a good quality of music facilities for my course.

I have had experiences with a couple lecturers being awful, very non-engaging in their lectures, never replying to emails no matter how many you send, not helping with work when you ask them to. I find the content of my course is too independent that lectures are made redundant as you have to do your own project anyway. More exams based on what you have learnt in your lectures as well as your coursework essays would help lectures feel more useful. Facilities though are great! A bit more needed but they are constantly updating and adding. I love the recording studios and the music library

The public transport is great. I live in Beeston, close to campus out of the city and I love the community atmosphere and always feel safe here. Some parts of the city EG Radford (and at times Lenton) I feel very unsafe. The campus always feels 100% safe though

Not sure if this is Uni accommodation or if it just affiliated? I didn't always feel safe here, needed more secure locking systems as we often had people wandering in and out also it feels disconected to the rest of the uni halls

The best time of my life - I'm not even half way through my first year and I've met some amazing people, done the most incredible things and experienced life changing events that I will not soon forget.

Easy to access facilities, libraries and shops, that are close to anywhere on campus.

Many a time I have needed to approach the student support team and never have they failed me.

They provide the best student to student support and offer amazing events of the like.

Nottingham is the best city I have ever visited. Bursting with life both in the day and at night, I regularly take the bus to the city most Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons! The right size for any adventurous student!

A most enjoyable way to spend your free time, meet new people and gather new experiences, whether they are relevant to your course or not!

My course and its lecturers have exceeded my previous expectations and I couldn't be happier.

I feel my course at this University will really give me the experience boost I need to go down a career path after my years are up.
