One of my favourite cities in the UK, which is compounded by a university that's always trying to improve student services and offer students things to do; I only wish my student debt wouldn't be so high at the end of it all.

One of the only unis in the country to still offer cadaveric dissection, which forms part of the 1st two years of your course in which you learn as much as physically possible via in person lectures and group work tutorials. The last 3 years then follow an apprenticeship approach with in-placement teaching, skills sessions and allocations to wards/theaters.

It was cheap and so made less of a dent in my maintenance loan.
