It is a very welcoming and easily accessible campus - email interaction is particularly good and it’s easy to feel informed. The University has partaken in a lot of strike action which, alongside Covid, has largely impacted my contact time and actual involvement in my course.

The coursework assessment process is easily accessible and works well for most students. Ideally, I would prefer there to be more actual contact with lecturers outside of my seminar sessions.

It’s very close to central town, and the student square (SU) is well supplied with many food outlets with friendly staff. Student feedback is taken with each module and responded to.

Blended with lecture material supplied before being taught (week prior), and extra reading links given. Lectures use an interactive format to the end, and test taught content via mcqs.

24/7 support and daily events for those staying at halls including free meal at least once weekly, plenty of opportunities to socialise and is close to Asda and oadby town . Buses can be a bit unpredictable and fewer than needed.
