The support from the lecturers and your pdt is amazing. Everyone is always so welcoming and supportive. There are good resources all around but esp in the library. An improvement I’d consider is advertising their courses more, for example with my course, I didn’t even know ARU did medicine until one of my friends applied to it.

Course is blended learning, I don’t like the online aspect as I feel I don’t tend to learn much.

I stayed in a 3-bedroom flat which was initially meant to be girls only hence I applied, however once I started uni, this was not the case anymore. I do think the uni needs a same sex accommodation as many people don’t like staying with the opposite gender whether that’s for personal reasons or religious reasons. I also think the kitchen for the 3-bedroom flat is quite small, and there was no table. However overall the room was an en-suite room and it was amazing, the location was really good as it was right next to uni and quite close to town too.
