It's a very inclusive and diverse place with nice tutors and staff. The services I have used there are good once accessed, however, mistakes do happen. There is always someone to help with this if you find difficulty, though. Tutors are understanding and patient and are always willing to help.

My course is mostly in-class and lab based learning and I prefer this as the tutors are there to help if you don't understand. Contacting tutors is by email, which I don't mind, unless it's an urgent question I have which could have been answered over the phone or instant messaging, but I understand that if this were the case, tutors' phones would never stop ringing when they're working.
