The overall experience of taking the PGCHE at Falmouth University was amazing and all too short: just 2 terms. During this intense period, the tutors' expertise in delivering this course fully online and their motivation and enthusiasm shone through, keeping our cohort engaged and helping us to do the best we could.

All facilities were online but first rate, especially considering how Falmouth University adapted to the Pandemic which put a load on their staff and systems.

While most postgraduate students tend to require less support than undergraduate students, Falmouth University made good provision for well being, disability and extenuating circumstances.

Falmouth's Postgraduate Certificate of Higher Education (PGCHE) is itself taught entirely online, but encourages and supports Higher Education (HE) practitioner students to engage in multiple modes of teaching themselves including face-to-face, blended and fully online. The course workload is designed around the needs of working HE educators, with a minimum weekly commitment of just 3 hours and considerable freedom to put in the extra hours needed at times of one's own choosing.

While these are not services which I myself needed to use, I understand from others that Falmouth University provides good support to those who need it.
