The Uni is pretty good in terms of academics. Yeah, there will be lots of lectures, but you are here to study, and that should be your main aim. It is easy to get distracted from studies in other universities but not in Hull, as the nightlife and city life are just above avergae, so you will be concentrating more on studies and would be hanging out once in a while, and that would also make your outings enjoyable.

orthumbria is a great university, especially for those who think that Uni is not cool enough for them. I would say that Northumbria is one of those universities where you would not only find yourself progressing in academics, but also you will be able to socialise with literally hundreds of new students. The city has a great nightlife and great for nights out. Apart from the nightlife, the city has a lot to offer like some breathtaking views of Tyne Bridge and also there is a beach nearby.
