The experience of attending this institution has been an extremely confidence brewing and invigorating one. rge student support is fantastic and students are encouraged to develop into great contributors through excellent projects and initiatives. I hope this continues and the GUU goes on to become a more inclusive and self-aware Union.

Overall, I am grateful to have the chance to study in University of Glasgow. I did my foundation year course here and started doing Dentistry in the same university and never thought about leaving it. Glasgow is a great city and the staff are friendly. They encourage students to ask questions and always happy to help students. The dental school is one of the top dental schools in the world. They always try to stay up to date with teaching materials. We even had some pre-clinical skills in 1st year which is something not all dental students can experience in 1st year.

The dental school and hospital in University of Glasgow is one of the best schools in dentistry in the world and has a very high ranking globally. This is obviously reflected on our course as in 1st year we had the chance to do some pre-clinical work that not all 1st year dental students can do in other universities. We also had the chance to do our very first tooth drilling and filling. Not to mention that teaching staff are always providing up-to-date materials to ensure that we can use both old and new equipments in dentistry. Overall, this course is perfect for anyone who wants to study dentistry. University of Glasgow should be their first option.
