The best part of my university experience is the very helpful nature of my lecturers, whose expertise in explaining complex topics and aid in understanding matters on which I am unsure is applaudable. What could be improved is the affordability of certain local shops, including within the Students’ Union, so as to be within consistent accessibility for students who may already have a smaller budget.

I think that the course is taught well in most aspects and I receive help in understanding topics with which I might struggle - the contact hours are reasonable and there is always opportunity to speak with lecturers. What could be improved is the type of activity done, especially in my language modules, which often involves a lot of writing tasks but may not always emphasise daily skills such as regular speaking phrases and ordinary writing skills.

Not met someone on campus I haven’t got on with. Everyone is kind and fun, and the facilities are great for social or academic activities.

Good hours, feel challenged but not overloaded most of the time. Lecturers are always passionate and engaging, plus they are always open about their availability if you’re in need of extra contact hours

Powers gone off in the flat randomly a few times but the 20 minute walk to campus is perfect for me. Love my room and flatmates. Internet has never been an issue. A bit pricey
