Who can apply for the Canada Scholarship?
Who is it for?
The University of Lincoln's Canada Scholarship is designed to help students from Canada to access postgraduate level study at the University of Lincoln. The Canada Scholarship is offered as a tuition fee discount against the cost of a postgraduate taught programme commencing in the 2026/27 and 2027/28 academic years.
In order to be eligible to receive the Canada Scholarship, prospective students must meet the following criteria:
If you're eligible to receive the Canada Scholarship, you may also be eligible to receive a tuition fee discount of £1,000 our Early Payment Discount.
September 2027 or January 2028 Entry:
A £5,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
a) Completed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:1 classification or
b) Completed a Pre-Master's degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master's degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
A £4,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
a) Completed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:2 classification or
b) Completed a Pre-Master's degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master's degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University.
