Coventry Uni is an amazing university every student would like to attend. Basically, I for one loved the Uni including everything about the Uni but it get to a point that’s I needed a support that was meant to be every one’s business but was however let down. My worst experience was when I wanted to change my area of studying. I enrolled through UCAS with the passion in Mental health Nursing but due to my point I was rejected for the offer. They later gave me an offer on a foundation course which I wasn’t interested in so I meant to understand clearance was going on. I did made a call and I was lucky to have a space in public health Bsc. I was pleased with it as it was my second choice of area. Furthermore, I went through the registering period send in my documents online, giving all what I was supposed to have example like Uni log in details. Was also told to come in to have my ID card which I did. Not for me to start classes I was told by the course director that I was late to continue its week this or that, classes has gone far it was too much. I rang in the admin team to know if they have any January intake. I was told they did. I registered for an open day I did come went to the adult nursing section, had a chat with them, gave them my grade they told me it’s okay, they got space just for me to get home and received an email from one of the Tutor that because have enrolled already into another course they will not be taken me unless I filled a change of course form. Honestly, I never knew I was supposed to filled a form and all. I went back to Public Health department spoke with the same course director that says she will be happy to sign me out of the course was even wishing me well and all sort. I was literally happy know the fact I will be starting my course soon. To my greatest surprise, I was told by the same Tutor I have to wait till another year to enrolled again my point is below what their looking for. I did all I could for months send the form to different department just for me to start doing something. Looking at the side I was the eldest sitting at home not even knowing my stand, call upon calls I did not get no support. All my efforts was dead end. Basically, I leaves in London have been in and out trains, buses it was mad. They will asked me to call the team, the team will refer me to call another team it was just like that. It get to a particular point I was so you mean no one could help me in this so what gonna become of me in this entire academic year. I was devastated, felling low about my self was very stressful. I took off one early morning on national express coach. By 8am in the morning I was already at Coventry Uni. I want to the nursing department they have already told me no matter who I sent my change of course form to they will not accept me yet I went there gain. To crown it all they ended telling advising me to go back to public health. I was like when it was some weeks they could not allowed me now that is months what would they say. So I went there again to my greatest surprise I was allowed to join the class and i'm really fighting it hard just wondering why didn’t they allowed me at first and why was I not told about this all this while. That was my worst experience and i'm still feeling the pinch. So I can say their support was not giving to me at no point of time.

I think they need to increase in their support team and all sees some of us like their own. They need to do the work with love.

Location is great Teaching is alright but sometimes does need a a bit of improvement
