Coventry University is fantastic. The student ambassadors are very helpful and friendly. Student Union provides many different opportunities to develop skills and try new things. The Rep system allows the students to raise their feedback on their courses and share it with the staff to shape the course for the best learning experience. There are also opportunities to work full time or part-time in the Campus and Student Union, which is selected through interviews or elections. There is also an opportunity to participate in the "I love my course" competition, where the students can showcase the things they like about their course. The talent team is our career advisors team which is very helpful and significant because they provide a lot of different ways of gaining experience in our work field. The Wellbeing and Inclusion team also offers various events to ensure that students can relax and feel a part of the community, such as the "Write it Out" sessions and "Can you see me now?" competition. The Coventry University library is a great space to study. The library staff is amicable and always willing to help. The facilities in the library are incredible and unique. Overall, the university is good.

The learning style is excellent because it encourages students to critically think and explore the current situations in the country and worldwide. The lecturers are very inspiring, motivating and helpful. There are opportunities to get help from lecturers during drop-in sessions or by booking an individual session with the lecturer. There are so many options for a career after this degree because it provides a vast range of knowledge and transferable skills. Overall, the lectures are very enthusiastic and are always willing to hear feedback from students to give a great learning experience.

All the campus and buildings are close by, and there are few coffee shops, books shops and food shops nearby the university.

Hi I’m Jessica I study Public Health at Coventry University and my experience has been really positive overall. I love the library and the study spaces they’re comfortable and make it easier to focus. The lecture rooms are well equipped, and I also really like that many of the lecturers make the classes fun while still helping us learn a lot. The only thing that could be improved is communication during busy periods, as responses can be a bit slow. Overall, it’s a great learning environment and I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time here.

Studying Public Health at Coventry University has been a really good experience for me. I like how the lecturers break things down and make the sessions interactive, so you don’t just sit and listen you actually get involved. The course also links well to real public health situations, which helps me understand how the topics apply in real life. One thing that could be improved is the consistency of communication when schedules change, as it can sometimes feel last minute. But overall, I’m happy with the course and feel like I’m developing skills I’ll use in my future career.
