I don’t think the support for the students is there, always during lectures there’s IT issues, feel that they a not prepared

I think is too much for a short period of time, especially one like they are offering courses for who have kids, work full-time and at the same time they expect too much from us

We have some incredibly passionate lecturers who genuinely care about you and go above and beyond to give you clear guidance and support you need. They're highly engaged and have recently introduced things like Volunteer Lecturing Assitant and Volunteer Research Assitant roles to help support us and give us more experience. They run things like 'Study with us' sessions to help make you feel more of a community. I'm so highly engaged and feel I know my fellow students and lecturers even better than I did when I attended a face to face uni.

The course is all online which is great as it gives you the chance to access it literally wherever and whenever you like. There's loads of different learning methods such as videos, podcasts, quizzes, study with us session and virtual sessions.

It's virtual so it's literally where suits me best. Studying is something you do not somewhere you go.
