The good- The online system for delivering the course is easy to navigate. Not so good- Issues with the academic registry system and admin departments not seeming to know who has seemed chaotic at times and is often only resolved when the course lead steps in.

The course is self directed so time with tutors is through Aula messages and emails. Tutors have offered face to face meetings via teams or zoom when needed for coursework support and these have been a great improvement for students. The course director goes above and beyond for students, is responsive and supportive. She clearly wants the course to be the best it can be. The course is part-time but as a conversion course there is a lot of content to cover. At times it can be hard to balance with work but tutors are understanding of these other commitments. Exams are delivered through Aula and open for a long time window, this makes them accessible for those with work commitments.
