Join us on this one-year master’s, to build the clinical pharmacy expertise and leadership skills you need to take an active role in influencing safe, effective, evidence-informed pharmacy services in your home country. Co-delivered by expert academics from the UCL School of Pharmacy and specialists at leading London hospitals, this MSc will equip you with enhanced clinical and research skills – by encouraging you to take an inquisitive approach to practice and pharmaceutical care. You will delve deep into how healthcare systems work around the world and explore the distinct health needs of different populations – drawing on the different theories and concepts that feed into delivering evidence-based pharmacy services. The programme is centred on the health priorities of the World Health Organisation, which include diabetes, cardiovascular and infectious diseases.
A minimum of a second-class Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard, and registration as a pharmacist. At least one years relevant work experience in a clinical setting is normally required. Applicants must be familiar with standard software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
