ARU offers me the flexibility to study from home, which is a great advantage, as I can study at my own pace and time. The support from tutors and other members of staff is amazing, as they are very welcoming and ready to answer any questions that you have. There are also opportunities to better your digital skills through workshops and online classes to help you understand how to use technology to your advantage as well as how to accomplish your assignments and presentations in a professional manner. To add to that, they have regular drop-in sessions where you can speak with your tutors and ask them module-specific questions and interact with your fellow students to discuss and share ideas about the content that you are all learning. When it comes to interactions with your classmates, there are study groups assigned where you can support each other's learning and examine the module content.

My course is taught fully online, and I have access to a range of resources from the university, such as the library, subscriptions to articles, and additional videos. The tutors also have pre-recorded videos uploaded to the portal, which are helpful to the slides and the notes given. When it comes to asking questions, they are always available on the Microsoft Teams chat to guide us wherever we are stuck and need help. The communication is so easy and simple, as it's just dropping a quick message to them rather than writing an email or scheduling a meeting.
