To begin with my course has great lecturers who are supportive and amazing. The campus has everything you need, looks great and is right next to the town centre which is really handy! Student services/help zone have always been very helpful to me. The uni offers you plenty of opportunities to help make your CV look amazing for when you finish. I have been on the board of directors for the student union for over a year and I’m thankful to the uni for that opportunity!

Unfortunately we had to deal with COVID which meant our first year was online. That has been the only somewhat negative experience I’ve had with my course and even then the lecturers tried their best to make it as engaging as they could. The lecturers really make this course. They have the best mix of personalities to be shit whatever it is that you need. But every single one of them will support you in the best way they know how. We’ve had some great opportunities to leave campus and do some practical activities which has been amazing and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. All round this course has been amazing.

Having a personal tutor who is in contact continuously and always able to be reached for help and advice has made my uni experience what its been, especially after struggling with personal issues too. There could be improvements to the way the help zone is ran, as appointments for help is very sparse and so difficult to get the help you need sometimes. Also, the student union doesn't arrange many activities and stuff for other year groups, very tailored to the first years

We have spent a lot of time online due to covid, but weve now completely in person which is amazing. Contact with lecturers depends on the lecturer, some are really helpful at replying to emails and telling us about their contact hours, some not so much.

The rooms are overpriced for what they are
