Best part of my uni experience in Leeds University so far is definitely the balance between 'play' and 'work', where I think the students here are the best at following the motto, "Work Hard, Play Hard". The club life here is very promising along with the people are very friendly and you'll always find someone new to talk to with every opportunity. While the worst thing so far would be the accommodations. Now, there are amazing ones, just as there are horrible ones. It's always a hit or miss really. I think the accommodations provided by the University of Leeds (along with the ones they have a partnership with) are great options with great location and facilities, but that means they are not always affordable (wasn't in my budget for sure!). It's something Id definitely want the uni to look into and consider lowering rent prices.

My course in Digital Media has left me with mixed feelings. I thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on learning we get with learning coding; programming; graphic design; even animation depending on what modules you choose, as well as learning theory of media and communications and research. However, the learning, especially the hands-on content feel very surface level, lacking depth and focusing heavily on what we already know (how some students already have had prior experience using Adobe for example, creating an experience gap) and what we pick up on our free time (lots of self-learning which isn't always bad, but leads us to question how much effort, do they want us to put into our assignments).

Definitely worth the money, especially during my 1st year where I was able to focus more of my money on groceries, leisure, buying equipment, overall being able to settle in without worrying about rent. I would say it comes down to what you prefer, as Lupton is shared bathroom and kitchen, along with a single bed (though the room is really spacious in my opinion!), as I personally did not mind sharing bathrooms and I was able to request living in an all-girls halls too which made me feel more comfortable. The main downside of Lupton would be the lack of facilities, especially social, leisure facilities. They are no common rooms where residents of different halls can meet up and chat (like a cinema room, meeting rooms, etc. you see in most accommodations) which made socialising quite hard and strictly online (with pre-existing snapchat/whatsapp groups which I initially did not know about)

leeds is great and has lots to do and keep you busy. The nightlife is also really good.The uni prepares you for a lot especially for life after uni and also provides throughout your stay.It also has great facilities especially accomodation. Some courses such as new media need fine tuning as some lecturers are amazing but some simply are not as helpful. Overall though uni of Leeds is amazing and I wouldnt change it for anything.
