Bournemouth university is a really welcoming and friendly university and I feel really safe here. I am really enjoying my course and love the location. Everyone is really friendly, including the staff and other students.

The library is great, the staff are really helpful and friendly and offer sessions to help improve your skills, for example I am booked in for an essay skills session with my friend.

The library staff offer great support and there is also support for finance and ways to find jobs.

They always run really great events.

Bournemouth town centre has everything a student needs!!

There is a huge range of clubs and societies so there is something for everyone!

I really like all my lectures and find that they are really friendly and approachable.

I have already had paid work experience from a company who came in to give a guest lecture. I found this really useful as I found out an area of events I wouldn't want to go into - which I think is a really positive thing.

I live in unilet which is often considered the unlucky option but I really love it.

I am a mature student. I decided to go to Uni to completely change my career. I feel extremely supported and well integrated in the student life. Bournemouth University accommodates everyone. On the top of my maturity I am an immigrant. I've been living in the UK for 16 years but I was scared of academic skills. BU makes me feel that is never too late to learn. Coming to BU it was the best decision in my career life. I am really confident that my degree will change my life. After only one trimester I can't find anything which can be improved at Bournemouth University.

Until now I feel like I am valuing all my experience. So many contents are related with my own experience so my interventions in the seminars and lectures are every time listened and appreciated. Event Management is part of Business School , so we are offered a wide range of subjects which are preparing us for a variety of jobs.

Being a sea side University makes a huge advantage. To study and enjoy the coast is 2 in 1.
