My best experience in our uni is the vibe, it's easy for students to fit in. Easy to make friends, and easy to adapt the lesson, because the lecturers are kind, patient and responsible. The worst aspects of my uni might be the location, not in the city centre, but there are many bus stops and public transportation in our uni, so it's not a problem any more.

Our course is taught in class, and the course hours are reasonable. It's also easy to contact the lecturers, as their office hours and email addresses are displayed on the Blackboard. If you have a question, the lecturers welcome you to ask, even though it's not during their office hours. The worst aspects of my course, to be honest, I couldn't find a problem. I'm content with my course so far.
