I find my course and the university as a whole a very enjoyable and interesting experience. If I think back four months I hadn’t even started this course and I think first year is going to fly by. The Interior Design course is very exciting but new to me and it’s all a big learning curve. I am quite excited to see what is has to offer. One thing I think really helped me to settle in was having student mentors in second year we could turn to if we had any worries or questions.

I am studying Interior Design Second year at Falmouth university and one of the most important things to me when I first chose this course was the teachers experience. A good teacher is one thing, but the two main tutors have previous life experience within the Design industry and this inspires me in my own work. I also love living by the sea and cant imagine living in a busy city with no where as beautiful to sit and admire.
