Christ Church University is a welcoming place to study, especially for international students. The lecturers are approachable, supportive and genuinely care about students’ progress and wellbeing. The campus has a friendly atmosphere, and the location in Canterbury makes it a great place to live and study. The worst thing is. Sometimes the communication between departments could be clearer, especially around timetables, deadlines, or placement opportunities.

Best aspects: The course offers a wide range of interesting modules that cover both global and UK-focused health issues, which makes it very relevant and practical. The lecturers are supportive, approachable and always willing to give feedback, which helps a lot with understanding difficult topics. I also value the mix of students from different backgrounds. Worst aspects / areas for improvement: Sometimes there could be more structured guidance on assignments, especially for students new to the UK academic system. A few modules feel quite theory-heavy, so adding more practical case studies or workshops would make the learning more applied. Also, having more guest lectures from professionals working in the field could give students a clearer picture of career pathways.
