The staff at Canterbury Christchurch are so kind and welcoming. As a student looking for extra support, the student wellbeing team have been great. Since being at university, communication has been slightly better (through our lecturers) but I found that before we started, some students were missing emails etc.

Contact with lecturers is great. We can speak with them at anytime during a lecture/seminar, if we see them in the corridor and can always phone/email them. Lecturers I have emailed have always responded incredibly quickly, which is even better (although not expected, they're very busy people). I have however found the amount of independent learning we're expected to do quite overwhelming.

I am very happy with the physical space and the storage space in my room. Pleasantly surprised when I first walked in. The staff at the halls are also lovely and everything is well communicated through emails.

My university is a great place to study in the central city. The city has no improvement, and the university is all good. As I am a commuter student from a town to city by train. The facilities are updated to date and suitable. The location is good. The student support is excellent. The campus look and feel are good, and they have updated the university's rebranding. The student life is good, and my friends are great. There is not much social student life in the city as a commuter. The students' union is good and they have move students' union back on campus.

The Course content is good. Only a few Work placements and internships yet. The lecturers and teaching quality is good. Career prospects are good. Tutor contact time is good. The subject facilities are good. My course is taught in class only. The course hours and contact with lecturers are good. I would improve for work placements, internships, work experience and trips. A trip next year, I hope so
