The University is going through major building works and is upgrading facilities which has inconvenienced students, this is kept to a minimum and the new facilities are excellent to use.

It is a struggle to get tutors or technicians to help when you want to learn new skills. Very few workshops are offered as part of the structure of the course, you have to buy almost all of the materials yourself. Facilities exist and equipment is there but they are not much used and it is hard to get a skilled person to work with you one-to-one. Most tutors are absolutely excellent, but they do not have much spare time.
