The worst experience is trying to get support in terms of the technical aspects of your course. Over the course of the 2 years, I have had to have my module changed twice due to a timetable clash that the timetabling team has never properly fixed and instead changed my module. Getting the help to fix my timetable has always been a nightmare. This year I had to wait a month before they fixed my timetable clash, and it took going to my professors to get it fixed. In general, Ask is not a good place to go about anything. They always take ages to fix the most minor issues, and it's just easier to go anywhere else to fix it. The good aspects of thus university is that the atmosphere is really friendly. The professors are always helpful in understanding the material and also helping with other issues in regard to the university such as canvas or issues with your timetable. The lectures are also really interesting and every time I leave one of my sessions I feel as though I gained some new valuable knowledge out of it. I just wish that the place that is supposed to help you with technical issues would be better at helping.

It's really easy to contact your lecturers and they usually respond quite quickly to your emails. It's also easy to meet your lecturer if you need to speak to them in person. The course is taught in class and the classes while they may be as long as 3 hours, always have a break somewhere in the middle to allow students to either go to the toilet or have a quick snack without missing any of the contents of the session.
