It is a fantastic University with connection to many industries in the midlands. therefore, if you are looking for engineering career, Derby University is the place for you.

there is a lot of support after graduation, such CV writting, interview tips, and looking for jobs.

overall a pretty good uni. Very helpful and supportive. The university was not my first choice but they are very supportive and helpful in giving me the advice and guidance i need on what my next steps and options are. the support is always readily available and easily accessible with everyone from lecturers to members of staff always open to talk to.

library opening hours could be better but most of the uni facilities are quite good at the university.

Student support is brilliant in my experience. Extremely helpful with my anxiety, depression and ADHD. Helped me with my studies making it easier for me to complete my course, very well.

students union is great, hold loads of lovely events and very easily accessible in my experience.

Derby city is not too bad. Night life is brilliant and very safe, the shopping centre is amazing however there should be more to do near to the city centre so it is more accessible to students during the day time.

Nice range of clubs and societies however it would be nice if there was more available.

courses are very relevant and most of the lecturers are very helpful and understanding.

lots of opportunities available.

not the best uni accommodation I have experienced but not too bad. Some are better than others but all are fairly good.
