The best part of my university experience has been the people and the academic environment. I’ve met supportive lecturers and thoughtful students from different backgrounds, which has really shaped how I think and work. I’ve also valued the freedom to explore my own research interests and develop my ideas independently. At the same time, communication and administrative processes can sometimes be slow or unclear, especially when things feel urgent. Clearer guidance and quicker responses would make the experience much smoother.

The best aspect of my course has been the quality of research and teaching and the level of intellectual engagement. I’ve also appreciated having direct contact with staff members who are knowledgeable and open to conversation, especially when developing ideas or research directions. On the downside, the structure can sometimes feel inconsistent, particularly around scheduling and workload peaks.

What I like most about John Phillips Hall is the sense of safety and the quality of the facilities. The building feels secure, which makes it easier to relax and focus on studies. The rooms and shared spaces are generally well-maintained, and having good facilities on-site makes day-to-day student life more convenient. What I like least is the price. While the accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped, it does feel expensive compared to what students typically budget for.
