Got rid of option for dissertation part way through course which I feel is unfair as it's a big part of undergrad and something I was looking forward to. Issues for those who wanted to do a masters. Should have made change clear before joining uni as may have made me choose a different uni.

Hot water sometimes stopped working. The one free bus that would take us to uni often was late or didn't come and we were one of the further halls from the centre.

Set up a physical office for student fee department because of very late or no response from student fee department

Reduce rent for students or provide, more scholarships.

For Laundry we've to pay , I think that should be included in accommodation fee
