There's no "best" parts about this place. Staff have no experience in dealing with individuals, they hardly have any professionalism. Members of staff have shouted at neurodivergent students when older students become violent. Members of the "support" team have signed documents on behalf of students before telling them to say it was alright for them to do that so fraud. The mental health team have played with several students before they return to their course for another year. Students have been assaulted by others and staff attempt to sweep it under rugs Students were previously banned from utilising headphones to listen to music or from doing work. (Apparently strides itself of being a creative university) Students get used by staff under the guise of "experience" Students experience courses being cancelled multiple times, then get letters sent saying please come in to enrol on this date..... Then the "university" offers no assistance.
Teachers are superb. Facilities could do with updating. Lesson content really good.
Support from tutors is phenomenal, with plenty of resources and facilities to complete our work. The campus itself however is relatively small in size and parking is quite a struggle during the busier days, with it also being paid. The building in some places is also very outdated and could do with being upgraded visually to be more modernised, but aside from that I cannot really complain.
Great disability support, small class size and passionate teachers
The staff are fantastic, I can't fault the course or the help and support thats offered x

Why do you let school kids into the UNIVERSITY library ? There is a public library 5 mins away, they don’t understand any library etiquette, I’m trying to revise for my fourth year...
I’m a distance learner but the support offered by the university is amazing
