The Uni needs to recognise that speed of service to students is a big priority, especially when it comes to questions about the course or applying for placements. But also about recognising when students need extra support and need help understanding the learning objectives and formatting assignments.

I’m not getting as many hours of lectures a week which I think is necessary so that is a significant factor towards performance and attentiveness towards the course.

The weekly rate of the rooms needs to be significantly lower, especially considering the choice of studios and shared and some of the independent cons they both have.
