The University's affordability is it's greatest strength and the facilities and services available are great. However what can be improved is actual implementation of the services which are confusing and slow. The uni help service needs to be more updated and quick, they should be more active and provide clear direction and support especially for international students. There has to be a detailed setup and support service which actively provides guidance and support to international students on DBS process, fees payment and so on. Uni help could collaborate with student ambassadors to guide students in person with what do exactly and how also where and by when kind of things.

The fast track course for MA Social Work is great, if the support around the course particularly for international students could be enhanced it would be the best course eon campus.

Great support. Lecturers are very approachable. The library and librarians are great resources. The handbooks are clear and helpful. The online learning platform is quite difficult to navigate and not very user friendly.

Brilliant experience and teaching from most lecturers. Clear and useful reading lists and overall good access to material.
