The Manchester Metropolitan University is a wonderful place to study. It is a positive environment and the university is an enjoyable place to study and meet new people. I woild recommend the university to everyone.

Facilities

How good are your university's facilities?

There are many facilities within university such as Jobs4Students, the library services and support teams.

Student support

How good is the support offered by the uni? Think both academic (tutors/feedback) and personal (counselling, etc).

MMU offer alot of student support.

Students' union

What do you think of your Students' Union in terms of student representation and facilities?

The student union offers many things to students and is a great place to go to either when we need something or just to relax.

Local life

Is your university in a good location in terms of distance to accommodation and local amenities?

The University is located ten minutes away from city centre, meaning we have easy access to do many things such as shop, eat etc.

Societies and Sports

How would you rate the variety of societies/sports?

There is a vast amount of clubs and societies including Basketball, ISOC, and the Biology society. There is something for everyone.

Lecturers and teaching quality

What do you like most and least about the way your course(s) are taught?

My course in particular I find enjoyable and the lecturers are helpful and friendly.

Career prospects

How does your uni make efforts to increase your employability (careers department, work placements, transferable skills)?

The University has a dedicated Careers Service department which inform us of anything career related and help us to figure out what we may want to do after our degree.

What do you think about the safety, condition, location and cost of your accommodation?

I have friends living in accomodation and they love the facilities they have
