There is a lot of student support and I believe courses are well developed, but taking down the tap in system only made things more complicated for both students and staff. There have been a lot of problems with attendance and as an international student I find this very frustrating.

I like how my course is structured, but I sometimes think there should be more engagement like seminars and workshops as our course is very practical

Last year I had no problems other than fire alarms literally being abused. But this year my room was wrecked as I moved in, the service desk is horrible in my opinion as no help was granted even after multiple complaints. I have had payment problems, being accused of not paying my fees, people knocking on my doors for it and then after multiple attempts to find the problem I would just get an email saying oh we’re sorry our mistake. The lift was out of service for like 2 months and now that they fixed it.. I almost got stuck in it again today… a lot
